My daughter had a presentation to do.
She was having trouble looking up, making eye contact.
She thought she needed a practice audience, & a practice plan.
So we set up the stuffy crew you see here.
They all have names
(vaccine records and birthdays too,
but that’s another story)
The practice session went like this:
👉During her 90 second talk…
she had to make eye contact with at least 7 stuffies
👉After her talk…
she had to tell me the name of each one.
It took her a few tries, but then she nailed it.
She rocked her presentation too.
We can learn a lot from 9-year-olds, here’s one:
