What gets remembered?

Say it again, and again, and again

Do you know how many times you should you repeat what you want your audience to remember?

4-6 and that’s for a presentation in the 3-8 minute range.

If the presentation is longer, you need more reps.

Next level? get them to join you in saying it.

I know, it’ll feel like a lot to you,

but it’s not for your audience,

they need memory help.

Remember:

“what get’s repeated get’s remembered”

My coaching friend Jason Thomson says this –a lot.

He wants people to remember it. And he’s right,

what get’s repeated get’s remembered.

So, those takeaways you worked so hard to craft:

Repeat them, 4, 5 even 6 times because

people need to hear them multiple times

to remember.
