Identify the key elements: 5-7 is probably all you need, some of them you will be able to frame and share as stories.
Scaffold them strategically to capture and hold attention.
Think, build, and play with ideas modularly.

Here is a link to a longer video that covers more than we did in class. This video is more tailored for in person presenting and should be reviewed for the spring/summer policy pitches. In particular towards the end there is demonstration of and directions for building an interactive Q&A slide. This will be very effective for that future presentation. For things specific to online (such as gestures and stop screen sharing to bring attention back to the speaker) , see the video from class uploaded to myCourses.
