Dr. Gala True and I were high school classmates, so when I got a message from her in 2019 about helping on a consulting project to share her work with professionals beyond academia, I knew it was a project I wanted to do.

I worked with Andy for 7 years to have him train, coach, and support students at all levels to present better. Whether for a class presentation, a pitch, or Three Minute Thesis talk, Andy was available and committed to student learning, development, and success. I greatly appreciate his nuanced approach to working with groups, while still ensuring their individuality shines through in their talks.

We had people flying in from Europe, across the US and Canada to attend our event. We'd invested a considerable amount into the venue, catering, and AV to make it a success. And while we'd intentionally chosen the speakers because of the impact of their work, they were all at different experience levels as speakers. With Andrew's expertise and tailored guidance, all the speakers excelled on stage.
